Psychotherapy & Supervision

Psychotherapy

When I was eleven years old my father died of a sudden heart attack.  It was a trauma that I could not comprehend at such a young age. However, I knew in high school that I wanted to help children and families talk about life’s grief and trauma.  In the words of William Shakespeare: “Give sorrow words. The grief that does not speak whispers in the o’er fraught heart and bids it break.”

My specialization includes:

  • Parenting Support and Coaching
  • Psychotherapy for Depression and Anxiety
  • Couples Counseling
  • Family Counseling
  • Collaborative Divorce Coaching
  • Grief Counseling
  • Life Transition Counseling
  • Stress Management

 Supervision

I provide clinical supervision to counselors working towards professional licensure in Colorado. I enjoy the process of helping new clinicians learn and grow in the field.
